Baobab Swirls Return Policy  

We want you to love our products, but if you need to make a return, we are happy to offer store credit for the value of your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.  

Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

Eligibility for Returns  
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:  
Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.  
In its original packaging with tags intact.  
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.  

Handcrafted Products – Natural Variations
Our soaps and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches, which means there may be variations in color, shape, or texture. These natural differences do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product and are not considered a defect. As a result, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these variations.  

Damages & Issues 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.  

Non-Returnable Items 
Certain items cannot be returned, including:  
Personal care products (such as beauty products, body scrubs, soaps, and skincare).  
Custom or personalized products (special orders).  
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).  
Sale items and gift cards.  
Products returned due to skin irritation (as ingredients are fully listed on product pages to help customers make informed choices).  
Digital products (including e-books, soap-making and skincare training courses, and any other downloadable content).  

If you are unsure about a product’s suitability for your skin, feel free to contact us—we are happy to help with recommendations!  

Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.  

Store Credit Instead of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you store credit for the amount paid (after any discounts). You can use this credit towards a future purchase at Baobab Swirls.
