The "On the Clock" Studio Rule

To maintain a professional educational environment for everyone, all practical lab sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Because we meticulously prepare raw botanical ingredients fresh for your exact slot, late arrivals will unfortunately result in a shortened session to protect the studio schedule.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is tied to all in-person and hybrid slots to secure your raw materials and station. If you need to change your practical date, rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice so we can reallocate the studio space.
